Handover Project
After completion of project development, it need to handover project to client as per their expectation. Before handover project, it will need to do following steps. These steps look very simple but it’s very effective…
Here are the steps:
1. Show demo of completed work:
After completion of each task or milestone, prefer to show demo of completed work to client.
So client can review your completed work and give feedback on that.
If client want to do some changes or find some mistakes… so he can inform about that.
Thus, it will help to you and client also.…
2. get all milestone amount and handover project:
When you completed each task and show client.. get review on that work…. After that it need to get payment from client. It is a very important.
Remember:
Need to take payment after completion of each task.
If you submit or handover project to client… before payment, it may be possible client do not pay you remaining amount.
3. ask client about improvement that he expected:
After handover project, ask client, “Do you want some improvement in project?”
Around 70% of clients want changes in their projects.
If client say, “Yes”… that time, you convince client to make new project for “that improvement or changes”.
So… you will get continue work from that client.
4. ask client about improvement in your service:
When project get completed, ask client….
“Do you like my service? What kind of improvement you want in my service?”
It show your seriousness about work. Also, It is good impression on client.
5. use gdrive or Dropbox if size of project is in GB's:
When you handover project to client, if possible to use Dropbox or Google Drive to send important documents, pdf, etc..
It is safe and you can send large size of files also.
